HR Partner

 HR Partner is a consulting service targeted at small and medium sized companies who need to supplement their limited HR resources. Services include individual coaching, advice/assistance on hiring and discipline decisions, as well as team building activities.

Access to the HR Partner is via phone, email, or in person. HR Partner time is purchased in blocks of 10 hours. Monthly statements are issued so that clients can track their usage.
