EXECUTIVE COACHING

Plummer & Associates starts its executive coaching process with a 360 and self assessment of the person to be coached. This data is shared in an individual session with the coachee as a starting point for developing a coaching action plan. Periodic sessions are held with the coachee over a 3 to 6 month period to discuss progress and to continue finding improvement ideas/approaches.
