Plummer & Associates provides facilitation services for planning or operations meetings, special problem solving meetings, conferences, and other business meetings. We specialize in providing tools and processes to help groups deal with tough issues in a collaborative manner. Our facilitator will help plan and conduct the meeting and, if desired, provide a written summary of key decisions and action plans.

We also have expertise in various proven processes to run effective large group meetings (50 to 300 people). These processes generally involve getting a cross section of the "whole system" in the room, from front-line people to the top leadership team, vendors, and even customers. These sessions typically run two days and can be an effective approach to deal with company-wide issues in a rapid time frame.
