This workshop is designed for managers and other supervisory employees who conduct performance reviews. The goal is to make participants aware of the important leadership opportunity the performance cycle provides them.

The workshop takes participants through the process of writing SMART objectives, developing active listening skills, understanding the skills and behaviors associated with coaching employees, developing skills in giving feedback, and conducting an effective appraisal discussion.
