Crossing The Line: The Business Impact of Sexual Harassment

This subject is one that arouses strong feelings. Participants will have an opportunity to examine and recognize those feelings, to evaluate situations of alleged harassment, and to take steps to lessen complaints. It will help you:

•  recognize the key elements of sexual harassment

•  understand the different attitudes about gender
   that are behind the behavior

•  assess the impact of sexual harassment on the individual,
   on productivity, and on the organization

•  know your responsibilities and take action in the event sexual harassment is directed at you or somebody else.

We will include your organization’s sexual harassment prevention policy in the handout and review what it means. We will also provide an acknowledgement form for all participants to sign at the conclusion of the workshop. A workshop for managers also includes intervention skills and practice.
