The Survey Process
The survey process starts with the development of the question set. Then the survey is sent out via an email containing a link to our website. As respondents complete surveys, the results come back to Plummer & Associates via email and are loaded into our survey software for analysis. Our specialized software has a full range of analysis capabilities that enables us to prepare a comprehensive report on the survey results. We can also include an executive summary and a theme analysis of verbatim comments.
The survey process can be done fairly quickly. Usually the question set can be developed in a week or two via phone conversations and emails to develop and review the survey question set. A two to three week period is recommended for respondents to return the surveys. Analysis of the data and preparation is completed in one to two weeks depending on the size of the survey. This all adds up to about one month to six weeks for an end-to-end survey. This time period can be compressed if necessary. Short, issued-focused surveys can be completed in one to two weeks.
