Unitarian Universalist Church of Jacksonville(UUCJ) - 2012 Strategic Plan Survey

  Dear Members and Friends:

The UUCJ Board has appointed a task force to develop a strategic plan.   It is an opportunity to review our important work to date and set course for what we would like to accomplish in the future. This survey will help the task force gather feedback, thoughts and ideas for the strategic planning process.  The survey should take you 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The survey is completely anonymous.

Your response counts.  Hearing from everyone is our goal.  The results from the survey along with church-wide discussion groups planned for February and March will be the foundation for the strategic plan. The survey contains questions on various topics related to the future direction of UUCJ.  If you feel you don't have enough information to answer a question, just skip it and go on to the next question. The survey provides several opportunities for you to provide your  comments on topics.
We look forward to hearing from you and thank you. Thank you for your commitment to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Jacksonville.

Sincerely,
UUCJ Strategic Planning Task Force
