Linda Plummer, SHRM-SCP, MBA has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in coaching, employee relations, organization development and training design and delivery.  She also has experience in managing sales and call center operations with AT&T. 

Founder of Plummer & Associates, she has consulted with a wide range of organizations including: Deutsche Bank, VisionCare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, the PGA Tour and the Towns of Hilton Head Island and Palm Beach, Florida.

Linda has extensive experience facilitating various types of meetings, including ones dealing with difficult business problems or interpersonal conflict.

Linda has an Executive MBA from Georgia State and a BA from Penn State. She is certified as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional and is qualified as a Myers Briggs practitioner. She is a former faculty member at Webster University where she taught Training & Development in the Masters of Human Resources program.

Linda was awarded HR Professional of the Year by the SHRM JX chapter in 2011 and Trainer of the Year by ASTD in 2007. She is a certified affiliate for the Judgment Index™.

Chip Glisson, SPHR, MBA is an accomplished senior human resource professional with extensive experience in designing and leading a successful HR function. He has a strong employee benefits background with emphasis on bringing clarity to health plans, retirement programs, FMLA and ADA communications and affirmative action planning.

For 15 years, Chip was a senior HR consultant for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where he supported customer service and information technology for the Federal Employee Program.  In addition to associate relations, he directed all employee benefit and wellness efforts at CareFirst.  He has also held human resource positions in training, compensation and benefits at the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, ADP, Kayser-Roth and Wrangler.  HR programs he developed were featured in Frederick Magazine, Not For Profit Perspectives and Baltimore Magazine. 

Chip obtained an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with an emphasis in Personnel and Industrial Relations. Chip received his undergraduate degree in business from Virginia Wesleyan University where he was named outstanding senior.  He has held his profession’s highest designated certification level (SPHR) since 1991.

Chip is currently a member of Oceanside Rotary in Atlantic Beach and a Paul Harris Fellow.  Prior to moving to Jacksonville, Chip served for 16 years on the Board of Associates for Hood College.  He received the prestigious YMCA President’s Award for Community Service in 1998, 1999 and 2000 and the City of Frederick’s Benchmark Award for his support of education.

Mike Plummer, MSOD has expertise and extensive experience in conducting online opinion surveys using state-of-the art survey software that Plummer & Associates owns.  He has conducted over 40 surveys since 1999 ranging from a 30-person department to a 1000-person company.

Typically the survey process starts with a series of focus groups with a cross section of employees to assist in the design of the survey and ends with a series of action planning meetings to help the organization improve based on the survey results.

Mike holds Masters degrees in Organization Development from Pepperdine University (1996) and in Operations Research (1971) from New York University.  Mike is a faculty member at Webster University, where he teaches a graduate course in Organization Behavior.
